Hazelnuts and pistachios: nature's superfoods. These nutrient-dense fruits do more than provide a superior crunch or extra smooth texture; they naturally complement and enhance our flavors.

PIEDMONT HAZELNUT

The heart of Piedmontese excellence, grown primarily in the sun-drenched hills of the Langhe (Italy). Known as the "Tonda Gentile," this hazelnut is prized for its perfect crunch and intense aroma once roasted.

MEDITERRANEAN PISTACHIO

We select the finest Mediterranean pistachios, such as the “Green Pistachio from Bronte” specifically for our gelato. Grown on the volcanic slopes of Etna, its intense aroma and slightly sweet flavor provide an irresistible, emerald-hued richness.

Rigorously square and three-layered, the Venchi Cremino fully expresses its heritage combined with creative innovation in perfect Italian style.​ The gelato version is a tribute to the iconic recipe: the perfect creamy combination of Gianduia, "Piedmont Hazelnut" and our own fine cocoa.

STRACCIATELLA

A filling of cream, roasted cocoa nibs and vanilla beans, covered with milk chocolate and decorated with milk Chocoviar pearls. A tribute to our beloved ice cream recipe, striking that perfect balance between creaminess and crunch.

NOUGATINE

The iconic Nougatine is a Venchi legend: crunchy caramelized hazelnuts in a 60% dark chocolate shell. A timeless recipe, unchanged for over a century. In gelato form, it's made with fresh milk, extra dark chocolate (min. 75%) and crunchy, caramelised “Piedmont Hazelnut” grains.
